Various links are provided throughout the site where you can either ask for information or place an order through our convenient shopping cart and checkout.

There is a 30 day money back guarantee on all Father and Daughter Wood Works products.

Return Policy –
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date due to material defect. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and pre-approved. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.

Gallery Items Return Policy
We realize that art is something that is appreciated differently by different people. If after you receive your piece of non-customized art work from Father and Daughter Wood Works it does not fit your environment, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus any shipping charges within 2 weeks of purchase. This applies to all items except items that have been customized or those items that are not stocked items and are made as per customer requirements.

Customer information may be retained and used for future mailings on special offers and discounts. No information will be gathered and sold to anyone by Father and Daughter Wood Works.

Payment Options –
For online orders we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and E-Checks. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.


The Domestic shipping rates will depend on the wieght of the package and the carrier of choice. We will provide the shipping and handling information at time of order or when the item is ready to ship. You will be billed for these charges prior to us shipping the item. All payment must be received prior to shipment of order.

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO, or International shipments, we will inform you of the shipping cost before the order is shipped. All payment must be received prior to shipment of order.

All “in stock” orders are shipped either same day or within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact you when your order is shipped to confirm. Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening will be shipped out on Monday. We will contact you immediately if an item is unavailable. All CUSTOM/Commission orders will be shipped upon completion. A order confirmation will be sent which will include the approximate ship date and carrier when full payment is received. We will then contact you via E-mail when the order is shipped.
